Citivo is a city discovery platform that helps users find local businesses, events, marketplace listings, reviews, and city information. Features and availability may vary by city and may change over time.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Service, including posting false or misleading listings/reviews, harassing other users, scraping or reverse-engineering the platform, or using the Service for unlawful purposes.
6. Business Listings
Business owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listing information, offers, and responses to reviews. Citivo may verify, edit, or remove listings that violate these Terms.
7. Marketplace Transactions
Citivo facilitates connections between buyers and sellers but is not a party to marketplace transactions. Users transact at their own risk and are responsible for verifying item condition, pricing, and meeting arrangements.
8. Intellectual Property
The Citivo name, logo, and platform are the property of Citivo. You may not use them without prior written permission.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Citivo does not guarantee the accuracy of listings, reviews, or user-submitted content.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Citivo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Changes to Terms
Citivo may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
